Designed for runners, by runners, Feetures, a leading performance sock brand, supports runners and other athletes in their pursuit of active lifestyles. Family owned and operated out of North Carolina, Feetures is focused on offering the highest quality products that are designed to help athletes achieve their personal best.

Feetures continues its mission to inspire healthy lifestyles by partnering with Let Me Run. The sponsorship is a natural fit for Feetures! who is passionate about inspiring kids to be active and healthy.

Feetures Founder Hugh Gaither and his two sons, John and Joe, are all active runners and Charlotte locals. “We felt that Let Me Run was just in line with our company’s values of supporting kids programs and getting them active,” says Joe Gaither, Feetures! Director of Marketing. “As a product of the Charlotte community, it was a natural fit to give back to a group that is doing so much for the youth of Charlotte.”

Ashley Armistead, founder of Let Me Run, echoed the sentiments, “Feetures and Let Me Run share common threads in our missions. We both want to see people achieving healthy, active lifestyles and living their personal best. To have the support of a company that has such a stellar reputation for quality and teamwork allows us to further spread our mission and ultimately partner in creating a more peaceful and productive world.”

St. John Photography develops a strong bond with customers, whether they come to us for advertising photography, commercial catalogs, individual families or entire schools. Our images are beautiful, but it’s not just about the photos. When a commercial client is going to print and needs a digital image retouched by the next morning, we’ll work overnight to get it done. If a family wants to create something totally unique and original (check out our “family fantasy photos”) we’ll brainstorm for hours; and our private-school families know us as the “artsy” photographer they can’t believe takes school photos!

In Appreciation and Memory of Barbara Meyer

Let Me Run was fortunate to have Barbara Meyer believe in our mission when we were a young non-profit not able to seek big grants or sponsors. She took a leap of faith with Let Me Run because our mission resonated with Barbara’s hopes for everyone that she met. Barbara accepted, embraced, and celebrated herself and every person for exactly who they are. She took the time to recognize and appreciate the unique personalities of each person, and this created unshakable bonds with many people. Barbara’s generous spirit has and will inspire many boys to live into their full unique potential, develop deep relationships, and embrace life’s experiences.

quotations
I’ve been in it for 3 seasons now, and I have mainly found my second family with my coaches and my teammates at Ida Rankin Elementary School...My experience as a Let Me Run boy has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

FALL 2024 COACH

quotations
The boys built so much self-confidence. The returning Let Me Run boys set higher goals for themselves and surpassed their goals!

Elizabeth P., WA Coach

quotations
The best part has been seeing the boys grow in their running and the way they motivate themselves. They set goals on the runs of when they will take walk breaks and it's been neat to watch how they have developed their own mantras and strategies naturally throughout the season.

Tyler M., Let Me Run Parent

quotations
My son took a risk by doing something he wasn't 100% comfortable trying. He formed friendships with teammates and was prompted to consider lessons he may not otherwise have had an opportunity to reflect upon.

Let Me Run Parent

quotations
This was the first organized sports activity that my son loved from start to finish. He learned to persevere and challenge himself. I appreciated the coaches brought such a positive approach to each season.

DJ, Runner

quotations
Let Me Run encouraged me to do better in class; to focus and study at home. It taught me that I need to keep encouraging myself to do better.

Rosy B., Coach

quotations
It just makes me feel really good to know that I am helping shape these boys’ lives to help them grow up to be strong confident men who are going to be non-violent, who are going to be themselves and promote respectful behaviors.

Wilson O., Runner

quotations
I’m not always the first guy to cross the finish line, but I still persevere. It’s great to be able to run a 5k and win a medal you know you’ve earned yourself...Let Me Run felt like a safe place where I could talk to coaches and friends about my troubles and they could give me advice on how to get through them.

Max, Alumni

quotations
If I didn’t have running, I honestly don’t know what my life would be like. Probably the biggest Let Me Run lesson that stuck with me is to never give up.

Julian S., Runner

quotations
I was a little nervous. I thought I wasn't fast enough like the other kids. I thought they might not like me because I was in a wheelchair. Once I got started, I was happy and that it was fun.

Tina P., Parent

quotations
Since starting Let Me Run just one year ago, his running has gone from running after school with his teammates at Let Me Run to just returning from the National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships.

Sharon M., Parent

quotations
When Bobby was struggling to survive that first year of life and was suffering from congestive heart failure I was just praying for him to live and to maybe be able to walk and talk, but never would have dreamed that someday he would be running 5k.

Jennifer B., Parent

quotations
Just seeing Liam interested in something that involves exercise and teamwork is huge! Typical of kids with Asperger Syndrome, he has shied away from both until now. I'm so grateful to see him engaged and having fun — and making friends!
