Training Requirements
All coaches must complete an online pre-training course before the season begins.
At least one coach per team is required to attend a live or in-person training session, though we encourage all coaches to attend if possible.

The best part has been seeing the boys grow in their running and the way they motivate themselves. They set goals on the runs of when they will take walk breaks and it's been neat to watch how they have developed their own mantras and strategies naturally throughout the season.

I’m not always the first guy to cross the finish line, but I still persevere. It’s great to be able to run a 5k and win a medal you know you’ve earned yourself...Let Me Run felt like a safe place where I could talk to coaches and friends about my troubles and they could give me advice on how to get through them.
