Why Let Me Run?
I love that this program empowers boys to be themselves, helps build their confidence, and encourages them to lean on peers. Now, a father of three young boys, the need for this program has never been more evident.

What do you hope for Let Me Run boys?
I hope that Let Me Run boys use the skills learned through the program to understand it is ok to reach out when they need help. I hope they are able to view vulnerability as a source of strength rather than weakness. I hope they are able to leverage running as an outlet for empowerment, self-improvement, and self-confidence.
