Running has changed my life. In my quest to run 50 states of marathons and running ultramarathons, I have changed my peer group, my day-to-day activity, and my work-life balance. I have achieved things that I personally did not think I was capable of. I hope to instill this hope, confidence, and balance into a younger generation.
