We're starting week 2 of the Let Me Run 5K Training Plan! Follow the plan and you'll be ready to run virtually with LMR boys, parents and community members across the country on November 6- 8. We’ll be posting each week’s workouts every Monday, or you can find the full plan here. Registration for the FallFest Virtual 5K will open soon.
5K Training for September 14-20 (week 2)
Day 1 & Day 2:
- 5 min warm-up walk
- 10 min running
- 5 min cool down walk & stretching
Day 3
- 5 min warm-up walk
- 15 min running
- 5 min cool down walk & stretching
