5K Training Plan for September 21-27 (week 3)

Day 1 & Day 2:
-5 min warm-up walk
-10 min running
-5 min cool down walk & stretching

Day 3:
-5 min warm-up walk
-15 min running
-5 min cool down walk & stretching
