If you're following the Let Me Run 5K Training Plan, you're well on your way to forming a new running habit! We're entering Week 3 of the plan and getting ready for the virtual run on November 8th.

5K Training Plan for September 21-27 (week 3)

Day 1 & Day 2:
-5 min warm-up walk
-10 min running
-5 min cool down walk & stretching

Day 3:
-5 min warm-up walk
-15 min running
-5 min cool down walk & stretching
