Official Campaign Rules & Regulations
1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this Campaign. Purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Let Me Run reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations of this Campaign in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.
2. Eligibility: This Campaign is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older. This Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted. Employees of Let Me Run or any companies owned by or affiliated with Let Me Run, and members of those Employees’ families, are not eligible to enter or win. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Campaign are not eligible to enter or win and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
3. How to Enter: This Campaign must be entered as specified in the Campaign social media post and/or newsletter. The Entrant must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to specified requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Let Me Run and brand partners. Entrants may enter only once. Entrants may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If Entrants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, they may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Let Me Run and brand partners.
4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted during the period specified in the Campaign social media post and/or newsletter. All online entries must be received by the deadline specified in the Campaign social media post and/or newsletter.
5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random. Winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook by the date specified in the Campaign social media post and/or newsletter. Once notified, Winners must respond and claim their prize within 3 days of notification. Failure to respond within 3 days of notification will result in automatic forfeit of prize and another Winner will be chosen. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Let Me Run to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may only win one time within a 90-day time period.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize: Winners will receive all prizes as specified in the Campaign social media post and/or newsletter. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at sole discretion of Let Me Run. If the prize is unavailable, Let Me Run reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners.
8. Limitation of Liability: By participating, Entrants agree that Let Me Run, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Campaign and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Campaign, including entry and participation in this Campaign and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any such prizes. Let Me Run shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading and/or participating in any part of this Campaign. By submitting an entry, Entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of these rules and to the decisions of the Campaign judges, whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to the Campaign. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem a prize and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem a prize. Let Me Run, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel and revoke this Campaign due to printing errors or other mistakes. Let Me Run cannot accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries.
9. Disputes: This Campaign is governed by the Laws of the United States of America. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. Sponsor: This Campaign is sponsored by Let Me Run. This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrance into this Campaign releases Instagram or Facebook of any and all responsibility.
